commentators related Modi's rise with the ascendency
of Hindutva. However, Modi rose to power through this
ascendency as the person who cemented the corporate-Hindutva
alliance, meditating between corporate capital and the
RSS. Modi is an intermediary used by the Indian big
bourgeoisie to bring about this alliance.
